Andrew E. Yaw Tchie is a Senior Researcher at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI) and manages the Training for Peace Project.  

At NUPI, he works on Peace-making, Security Studies, Peace and Security capacities and Peacekeeping Operations in Africa.

Tchie is a visiting Professor at the University of Buckingham, a visiting Senior Researcher at Kings College London and an Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute.
