President of Dialogue Without Border
Filippe Savadogo is a Burkinabe diplomat and politician, an expert in International Relations and Communication, Cultural Diplomacy specialist and international consultant in Soft Diplomacy. He is the founder and president of the association “Dialogue sans Frontières”.
He was Representative for the Francophony Organisation to the UN in NYC, and before that Minister of Culture, Tourism and Communication and spokesperson for the government of Burkina Faso.
Prior to that position, Savadogo was Ambassador to France, with accreditation in Spain, Portugal and the Vatican. During that time, he was his Burkina Faso’ s Permanent Delegate to UNESCO.
He was also in charge of the Panafrican Film and Television Festival of Ougadougou (FESPACO) for ten years at the beginning of this career. He is former Dean of the African Diplomatic Corps in France.
